And finally, there is still space open in next week’s tofu cooking class for those of you in Northern New Jersey. The class takes place on October 25th at 6:30pm at my house. I will show how to cook delicious tofu dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert! The tofuna salad pictured above will be on the menu, along with tofu rancheros, zucchini tart with tofu ricotta and a chocolate mousse pie. The cost is $35 per person.
