    My grandmothers veggie “Chick’n” and dressing (stuffing) with Pure Savoury from Mt. Scio Farm!!!!!!! Yum. Its never the holidays with out the stuff!

    Favorite holiday meal has to be veggie lasagna-spinach, tomatoes, carrots. My mouth is watering as I write this bc it is just so yummy! Simple and delish

    My fav holiday dish is a simple lentil loaf with cashew gravy, roasted brussels sprouts, kale salad, and baked candied sweet potatoes. :-) YUMS!!!!!!!!

    My favorite holiday holiday meal is a steamy bowl of spaghetti squash with gardein scalapini and garlic mash potatoes with alicia silverstone’s mushroom gravy, because who could turn down mash potatoes?

    I’m sooooo grateful that potatoes are vegan as I don’t think I could live without them, especially at the holidays! :-) And I’m so glad there are a ton of options to keep them vegan so I can continue to enjoy them with not an ounce of guilt added! :-) Thank you for offering this contest Dianne and for all you do to help newbie vegans like me!     I get more excited by the dessert around the holidays than the actual meals. I love a warm bowl of creamy rice pudding around this time! But I also usually make Italian vegan sausage with peppers and onions and eat it with some nice, toasty warm bread and lots of tomato sauce. Hits the spot every time!

    I had cranberry relish for the first time recently…and it was sooo yummy! It has become my favorite part of the holiday meal!

  26. My favorite holiday meal is roasted sweet potatoes, peas, garlic mashed potatoes, vegan gravy, with a vegan buttermilk biscuit. It isn’t the MOST healthy but it is all of my favorites together AND at the holiday I do indulge for one day.
