As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I will work with you to help you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible and fun. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. All sessions take place over the phone, in the comfort of your own home!

Six Month Comprehensive Program
This is a life changing program that integrates nutrition and self care to ensure that body, mind are spirit are all nourished. In this program you will set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy, feel better in your body, learn to reduce stress, improve personal relationships and more.
- Twelve 45-Minute Sessions
- Sessions take place every two weeks

Three Month Condensed Program
This program covers nutrition and food. In this program you discover which foods are right for you, understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy and feel better in your body.

One Month Tune Up
This program is for people who are already healthy but want to make sure they are taking optimum care of themselves. The program will include detailed recommendations based on the topics you want to discuss.
